We are not a typical labor law boutique. We understand our profession in a broader sense and try to link other areas of specialization with labor law. To this end, we work to align our clients’ work teams with their business strategy, which allows us to adapt the working conditions of employees to their real responsibilities and commitments; we also train Human Resources personnel to improve their communication with the company’s employees, using tools and strategies that will allow them to improve social peace within the company.
The result of the merger of these services is doubly successful; on the one hand, we help our clients by giving them the legal support they need: and, on the other hand, we help them to align their people pool with their business strategy and culture, and to improve the communication between the HR department and the Company’s employees.
